i dont understand how ye guyz manage to get the launcher recoil, i always have the problem of adding too much tension and it wasn't able to fire, or the other way round

The mechanism is based on two clutches accumulate or release energy in the rubbers.

Check the video response showing the second version. The mechanism is clearly shown :)
