ya know ive played both and i actually like teh mb200 more sounds the same tunes the same and feels the same the mb250 is just alot heavier and i think has some more inlays and designs
i play the mb200 and its a pretty decent banjo the only complaint i have is that there was some buzz in the nut but samash fixed it for me (had the warrenty) also epiphone will gaurentee it for life so thats a plus too
is the banjo an easy to play instrument , i mean , for a good guitarist ?

Yea. If you can play the guitar, then the banjo is pretty simple. I play the guitar, banjo and mandolin..

I just got one of these Epiphone Banjos. I really wanted an MB-250, but this one you're playing sounds great, so why spend the extra money?

what model banjo are you using? is it the MB200 by chance? I'm looking into upgrading from my fender FB300 to something sturdier.

Well close to $200 isn't bad for a decent banjo.
