Bad experience with this ride. We went on it at the end of the day when it was freezing. I came off pretty soaked but was not as cold as I anticipated. I then waited just outside the exit for my friends to get their bags. The next cart then came down and I got hit full on by one of the three jets, knocked over by the force of the water and drenched head to toe.

Stealth dries you off nicely though ;)

@blakesquakers lol!That happened to me too when i was on this water thing i got off i wasnt wet but cold.Then i saw this bridge and there were people on either ends i didnt know what it meant and i needed to get to the other side so i started walking.....SPLASH i got hit with this huge gulp o water and i actuall fell off the bridge!:DIt was funny but not back then!:P

the one we had in astroworld in houston texas was really cool. the bridge was really close to where the ride first hit the water and when the what hit you its like impossible to stand your ground cause it will push you back really hard.

Stealth and Saw the Ride... you shud check out Saw the Maze as well, its fun. Oh and the Slammer and Detonater or whatever is good as well :)

Omg , Ive been on this , last time i went on it my mate was wearing shorts and a vest top , we got abosouletly soaked, then i was waiting for her in this little open house thing and got soaked , , my bag had my phone in it and it was drenched --(my phone) den we wiated for the next log and we got soakked . , , . . . .. again :P

DO NOT be fooled and think you will be fine going on this on a slightly cold day.you won't,you get soaked to the skin and continue shivering with your teeth chattering around the park :L but big rides like colossus and nemesis will soon have you dry,believe me :) and when you are in that wave the whiteness all around you seemed to last forever,really fun experience overall but best for sweaty hot days,seriously :L

do you all know why this particular water chute works? its because it bucks the trend set by too many other parks in that it is NOT that steep.when EVERYONE is willing to go on it,you get a great ride,and a greater atmosphere.a sure winner,so well done thorpe park.

I went on it, and serious, there was not ONE place on my body that wasn't DRENCHED :L Its so fun, even the watchers get drenched. After one cloud of water, you get about 5 more afterwards, its so fun!

You have to go on it, Thorpe Park is not complete without it! (:
