I enjoy the 70´s videos a lot more than the new ones from Kiss. Same with the concerts. They have got soo tierd the last few years. They should have gave it up after the reunion tour, what was it 98?

It is a version of the 1970's Ripper bass in which you could actually slide the pickup back and forth between the neck and the bridge and position the pickup where you wanted it. You can still find them on ebay, but be ready to bust out your checkbook.

Tommy Thayer could be the greatest guitar player of all time and he still ain't shit compared to Ace and classic KISS. The band as it exists today is not the band that I discovered at 11 years old in 1978. You wanna hear a great fucking band from this time - check out Starz. They were managed by Bill Aucoin and should have been just as big. Look for "Subway Terror" or "Detroit Girls."
