I am not a native English speaker, of course my English is not perfect and I dont need to feel ashame about it.
If nobody is supposed to use English before he or she can master it, then nobody would ever have chance to practice and improve it.
Why can't I use English as often as I can to practice my language skill?
What is wrong with trying hard to learn a foreign language?
Plus, nobody has force you to read my comment.
To have an account name as Caucasian seem to be more 崇洋媚外.

There is nothing wrong with using cheat phone call. Only idiotic Chinese who thinks English is like 1+1=2 would pretend that sentences in English is structured in a single format.

It is totally wrong with using "cheat phone call." Nobody ever use it. (Google search can prove this, there isn't a single page with this expression!) "Fraud call" is the correct term.

There is no right or wrong in 'spoken' language. In England, the free transfer of languages between different nationalities are very apparent. Lots of Chinese phrases have now gained acceptance as proper English. For instance 'give face' and also, 'No problem'.
Language is a forever evolving thing. If that wasn't the case, then we would all be writing in the style of the good ol' bard Shakesphere himself.

Good point. I am in America though. Maybe someday this Chinglish phrase "Cheat Phone Call" will become proper English. But it hasn't, at least you could not find a single page on google that has this expression yet. The internet is open for everybody. It is more proper and polite to use standard, common Enlgish terms on it so everybody can understand it.
