  • Good on you! Keep it up. Going vegetarian/vegan is wonderful in every aspect. I have found leaning into it slowly is the key. Read some books so when you get asked the inevitable questions (where do you get protein from? Answer: legumes, nuts, seeds, avocards, tofy, soy beans, tempeh, or it you're vego: all of the above plus eggs. "Where do you get calcium from?" Seasame seeds, broccoli, cauliflour, leafy greens and tahini etc) you can respond with knowledge. Keep it up!
