When i was a kid my grandma gave me a VHS tape of classic christmas cartoons and my sister and I would watch it over and over. This was our favorite! Whe would tell each other that weould see one another in Dreamland befre we wnt to sleep. :-) So happy to have found this!!! Thank you!!

I watched this in the Christmas collection when I was a kid. I watched it on Netflix with my kids yesterday and my older son got teary-eyed at the end. Sweet.

When I watched this cartoon over and over on an old VHS tape when I was a kid, I thought it was originally done in sepia with a little pale gray and blue here and there, the copy they had used was so deteriorated.

Then I saw this all these years later, and I practically jumped out of my chair. Colors! So many colors! It's beautiful! As fun as this cartoon was in virtually black-and-white, it's 100 times better in color! Thank you for posting this! ^_^
