Elections were not fraudulent, Its the law taht hte Supreme Court make the decision under the circumstances of the 2000 election. The Supreme court, is made up of 9 members who vote on the issue. They voted, and half the country did not like the outcome in 2000. It was not stolen, those laws were on the books 200+ years before the 2000 election took place.

And by voted out he means, they lose the next election. Tom Delay? Nixon? Carter? Bush I? 99% of Chechnya voted 4 putin? Rigged.
