dennis, i saw on one of your videos that you were getting NO RESPONSE from bandit signs for motivated sellers, but getting a gang of response for cash buyers. i see you have plenty deals that you have put under contract. so how do you find motivated sellers?

@ella44livingtest Most of those deals were JV deals.. I do a lot of those.. I stopped doing bandit signs for motivated seller because I wasn't getting any response but decided to try it again...

I get great responses for bandit signs from cash buyers. They call like crazy for a good deal... We'll see about those bandit signs in the morning..

As you know, Tampa is pretty flooded with wholesalers so it's sometimes hard to get a good deal
