I think most people might be interested in this research, especially how it applies to dogmatic religious beliefs. But, I think that much also could be and needs to be said about beliefs of leaders and supervisors in the business world. Decision makers throughout business carry staunch beliefs that practical, smart employees and subordinates can't even broach, let alone hope to have implemented or tried. (See Dilbert!) The new research as it pertains to business might be an easier arena.
