okay to clarify,

feeding the tortoise (not a turtle) raomain or red leaf or any kind of lettuce is fine, expet for iceberg! iceberg will not get them sick, but it lacks the nutriants, it has no nutritional value for them, its not bad but it isnt good either, the problem is if you feed it to much iceberg lettuce he will get addicted because iceberg taste's far better, meaning they will love it to much and will never eat the leaf lettuce again,

@ladytisha135th geochelone carbonaria can handle it. Different metabolism allows them to eat more food with phosphor .
