  • cook with heart make the foods taste more delicious..

  • When I cook the hearts, I wait until they are almost done on the last side and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on them and let it melt and stick to the hearts and it adds flavor and texture.

  • I do not like artichokes that much, they are just hard to find here in our country.

    Yeah, white wine sounds like a good option. I'd probably go that route.

  • I've never cut or cooked an artichoke, after you cut the baby artichokes in half is there a choke to remove like in the big ones?
