You sir are a very good speaker, and the car seems in excellent shape, Maybe a little touch up on the body here and there, some new paint, what shape is the interior in? I'd bet in pretty fair shape considering how well the exterior looked. Good video to and thanx for posting this...even though I am viewing it 2 years later, its still a great video.
Thanks everyone for the nice comments. I start the car and run it around the yard a little every now and then. Haven't done much else yet. A project for the future. Be assured it's still as original as I found it and shown here...and will stay that way!
What a nice car and it runs so good! You got a wonderful deal! It's nearly two years later--what have you done to it? I hope you kept it just like it was!
very beautiful resurrection, great to see that ! I got 2 constructive remarks to make: 1. you should not let the starter cranking that long, not very good for it, especially after 40 years.
2. you rev the engine way too high and hard for a first run after a so long time, you should have let it idle for 20-30 minutes, to do a kinda break in. You risked to destroy the piston rings by reving the engine, which would have scrached the cylinders, which could have caused a lot of damage.
wow you should probebly wash it down so itll shine again!!! you should maybe find a way to close the hood all the way though its probebly hard to see over it right? im subscibing!!!!
Very nice find! Good vid.
