2001 Daytime Emmys - Justin Torkildsen wins Outstanding Younger Actor

Justin did better than that .. if you want to be reassured .. he had should win in 2003 .. his emmy reel was heartbreaking! Although, I don't understand why he won this year .. this Emmy belonged to David Lago!

I've never been really satisfied with any of the actors playing Rick; Jacob Young was probably the best (and most attractive). Justin seems like a nice guy but he really didn't deserve this award, he's a mediocre actor.

@RosannaFriend Yeah the emmys are a joke! Seriously how in the hell did he win? The 2010 emmys were a joke as well because that kid who played Thomas did nothing to earn that award/

I disagree, for me Justin Torkilsen played the best Rick...maybe because he so far had been playing the role the longest & and made the biggest impact. Jacob Young only played Rick for 2 years before he left...I don't know, I just don't think he made as much impact as Justin did playing the role.

And Kyle Lowder...well, I didn't like his version of Rick at all...I like Kyle, but I don't think he was the ideal choice to replace Justin for the role.

As much as I watch B&B, how the hell did Justin win this award!! He didn't do much to deserve this award. I thought it would be one of Y&R!!

I loved Justin as Rick Forrester!

I like Kyle Lowder now, but Justin was better and his chemistry with Adrianne Frantx rocked!!
