good job i have some question what mesh did you use and what number squeegee did you used and about you image what size and pdi did you used i hope you can asnwr my question one finally nic work !!
Pretty cool CMYK demo. I don't often do that on a manual press. But sometimes it is much easier than doing a bunch of spot colors even on a manual. Automatic presses print process jobs much better. Nice video, thanks for uploading!
what is a good mesh count for cmyk? and also if i was to lay a white underbase on dark color shit and then do the cmyk process do you think it would work? btw nice work!
@THENISTIK760 - I used 230 mesh for this job, but the image did not have any highly defined lines. For very detailed art I would suggest using 305 mesh. you can print a white under base as long as you flash it. Thanks.
You print wet on wet with 4 color process. The screen mesh is high enough that you don't put down tons of ink so it doesn't get on the other screens. I have seen people flash between colors but it isn't necessary.

Very nice job for the first cmyk print, keep it up, was it a workhorse press you used?

@ARTBYIANSJONES Thanks, not a Workhorse press, M&R Chameleon.

Nice, I would think that working with multiple colors would be damaged by the other screen on top.
