  • lovely ... those last 35 second are saddening, and infuriating ... I felt a bit sick. End verbal and physical abuse.

note to self (and recommended for all): keep Mastering the Gentle Art of Verbal Self-Defense.

  • Love her Silver dress!

  • 4:07 Child abusing bastard who deserves his face smashed in.

  • Thank you so much for posting this song. I love it!

  • Every time I see this scene, I wonder if any of those kids made the big time.

  • I'm 13 and me and my dad loved this movie so much!

  • Bernadette is such a babe - even at age 60+

  • Thank you for uploading this. What a great scene and movie!

  • this doesn't sound like her singing..... who is it?

  • @obsessiveinNYC. I forget which recording they used, but the whole concept of the movie (like the miniseries before it, which is also excellent), is that they lip sync to original recordings from the period.

  • @bhall35 this sounds like ginger rogers

  • @WikeddTung Vocals are credited to Ida Sue McCune...

  • This was a really good movie but it got sad at the end it was rated R. I'm 12 and I loved it.

  • I don't know about all, but they have removed the final scene of "6 degrees" that you posted.

  • MGM shutting down your postings? LOL I used to be a VP of Paramount. I say fuck them all and the shithead IP lawyers they rode in on.

  • @paloaltodad are they shutting them down? I haven't checked them all...

  • @paloaltodad VP of Paramount wouln't be on FB and would have hired me long ago

  • @paloaltodad MGM probably gets rental revenue from people who see these clips and discover the movie. My recollection is that "Pennies from Heaven" didn't do that well, although it is brilliant fun.

  • Principal went old school with that ruler

  • @KendraEMoyer I worked at a school with that principal. A sadistic, authoritarian a**hole with a pick up his bunghole (actually it was a she).

  • So what wave are we both on? I watched this within the last month. J'adore BP. I saw her live in "into the woods." Interestingly, she appears to appeal more to men than to women.

  • @paloaltodad I think the kewpie doll act turns some women off...
