This game is definitly a virus. I checked with three virus detectors. Non the less one of the virus it gives is called the trojen virus. It isnt the most noticible virus or effective, but it is a virus.

@jaysraysdays Did you ever use a Cheat device on the PC before? Your Antivir programs will call it a virus too even though it's not. Same is here the case.

This game exists for over 3 years now if I can remember correctly, maybe 4. It still has quite the community left now, granted even if the forum isn't used as much anymore.

There are tons of videos and screenshots from the game on the net. Try the game out for yourself, you'll see it's not a virus.

@SirHomieKnight: From deckber village southward you follow the street until at some point the road turns left. At this point don't follow the road and instead go right. You should find a new road starting very soon from there on. Follow this road up and keep going straight up until you are surrounded by mountains and there you will probably already see the entrance to the volcano cave.

@okami485: I'm not part of the staff but I can say with a almost certain no, it won't happen. That's because

1# They tried animations already. It caused lags and they had to fasten them in order for them to actually work, which kinda didn't look too dynamically

2# The engine the game uses just doesn't allow big animations without causing problems for the stableness of the server

An account has ID and a Password. And then there is another field where you type your in-game name.

....If you are talking about the registration, that is.

@camaroomio: It's cause the game intro, which automatically starts with the game, continues to play in a loop over and over until the login client has been closed and the game has been successfully started.

That's how every game client with a intro handles it, just that the intro song of the client was very short in this case. Nowadays Cyrus exchanges the intro song every month or so

This game is carp I downloaded it got hyped up then It said to register. I was ok with that until I filled it out this is what is asked off me a id, a password, and a trainer name, then I hit create account after that It brought me back to the menu then what happens I put in the info and it says invalid password so I did it like 5 more times still same thing..... wow pure crap.

@bendude80: I'm not one of the ppl who created Pokemon Cyrus, but I can tell you reasons anyway:

- You need to advertise on youtube, myvideo with videos

- You need to advertise on forums, not any regular forum, game-forums, gamemaker-forums

- You need to have ppl from DIFFERENT LANGUAGES to advertise your game on sites with different nationalities

- Your game needs to have a good reputation(good features, graphics, mods, whatever it has to offer)

@andreakatickles1: usually you go into your directory C://Programs/PokemonCyrusOnlin­e and start the game client. It should automatically update your game, the so-called patching. And after that, it should also automatically start the game. If any errors occur and your game won't start, try asking for help on the forum.

this game isnt all that good... graphics looks ok buts thats it, you have to put your own stats on each pokemon you have when they level up which isnt good at all becuase you can make your pokemon very very weak
