Nice looking container-type cars (1st 2). One of those flat cars (84804) carrying the containers is an old Grand Trunk Western RR car. I also noticed car 41311 looked older and in worse shape than most others (at 1:37 - 1:44 ). Looked it up, and it was originally built 1950 for PRR and later went to NJ Transit before RBBB.
There is really a fascinating history of a lot of these cars. This is great, I love where you can see ALL the car numbers etc so can look up the history of the cars!! Awesome video!!
Nope... I had a choice: see the elephants unload or chase the train up the Warm Springs. Being a railfan, that was an easy decision, especially since the WS is such little-used trackage.
Koda--, do you remember-- are the elephants in all 4 of those cars (like in Nick's 1st video)... in other words 3 per car?? Just curious as to "elephants per car", LoL!!

But, the animals were GREAT... Was really cool watching them unload all 12 elephants... Nick, you missed out kiddo.
