Also when probed about the tissue samples he states that this was a being that was made. But we are also told that it's an alien.

the Obelisk was left there because it wasnt anything Dr Reed could have done to it. so he left it there and came back the next day with his friend Gary and they were going to try and bring the thing home. but it was gone.

This is the best evidence I have seen so far. The question I now have is who does this being belong to our government or an alien race? I believe there are intelligent beings out there in our vast universe but whether or not they have made actual contact with Earthlings, I don't know. I would say "Reptilian-Grey". This classification comes from a personal interpretation and from what I've researched from the author David Icke. this being was not captured by the government. and today, Dr Reed is still in contact with this being and has again seen him. Yes, the Dr was able to communicate with the Alien after it came back to life, or reanimated back to full-consciousness. Or I should say the Alien was able to communicate with the Dr. It communicated through mental-telepathy. This communication is still going on with the Dr. and this Alien being.
