wow thanks dude :) i was looking for war sounds , i need them for some age of empires 3 animations :D check my videos to know what im taking about thanks !! :D
You know what the funniest part is? The guy who invented the AK is now saying that he wishes he had invented the lawnmower instead. If he had done that, we would have no AK, and we would have to credit the lawnmower to a Russian :( Thanks Kalashnikov!!!
dude u forgot a thing that was most important on this vid! the MG42's ! they were shooting all the time and i didnt hear a MG42 once in this vid ! but still dude thx u so much! i love this day i mean not that it was happning but i love learning about it !
@weeman4422 i think the guys name was Mikhail Kalashnikov, well he was recovering from war wounds and he designed the AK in 45, but didnt really get put into production till 47. not saying ur wrong or anything , just added some probably unnecessary info hah
@Sn1p3rSh4wn no it was finished productshin in 1947 thats why its called the ak-47 plus it was made by makail kalashnikov a russian tank commander during wwII he saw the mp44 or stg-44 and stole the design from the germans but lowered the recoil due to it being a 7.62x34 round instead of the german 7.92.
@Sn1p3rSh4wn You and ghost9431 are both partly right the prototype was built in1945 by Kalashnikov while he was recuperating in a hospital the AK 47 went in to production in 1947 hence the name...
witch basicly looks like the first assualt rifle ever made and by the germans but hitler sed they looked hidious and banned them but they stilll used them behind jhis back
Might be, the only knowlegde i have about weapon sounds are from video games... I just have a feeling that an AK-47 sounds like that, and from what i've heard it has an "unmistakable sound when fired", which perfectly describes that particular sound, and it's also the sound i've heard in the most video games (the rest were not identical to each other, and none of them sounded unique).
Besides, in Medal of Honor: Airborne, the weapon sounds was recorded with high quality microphones from real weapons, and the stg44 doesn't sound like that in the game...
But i won't decline that i might be wrong, as i said, my knowlegde of the sounds of these weapons are all based upon video games, so...
And it was put into service in 1948
