Can I just add, remember what happened to Bill Buchanan in the last season? He for me was an important character, and he put his body on the line and ended up killed. But the show still went on, and 24 ended (as it always does) on a good note. The only time I'll be sad and frustrated, is if they kill off Jack, and that will NEVER happen lol. Can't wait for the next episode, although tell a lie; I'll be sad when it's the finale, after knowing they won't show anymore after this season! :(

@10junebug01 Well Fox was originally debating over filming another season and I believe Kiefer Sutherland said he would have agreed to another season so that would mean that Jack would live through Season 8 and the ending would be open-ended enough for another season if one had been planned.

Oh well, Hassan is dead, and I expected it if I'm honest. I know probably most, if not all of us didn't want it to happen, but someone's life, who was important to the program, had to be taken. Plus, it's made 24 just that ever so slightly more interesting. Logan's now in, and as they said 'it all leads to the shocking moments of the season', so if we thought Omar dying was bad, nothing will prepare for us what's going to happen next. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .BRING IT ON I SAY! 24 = LEGENDARY!

@heartsWNTW I doubt they will kill her off. Its more likely they will kill off the president. If they do kill her off, i will never forgive them. I hate when they kill good characters off just for shock value, but something is just telling me that Renee will survive throughout the entire season and possibly into the movie.

Although nothing is confirmed, reading some of the summaries of episode 18, and twitter posts by Annie i am thinking killing Renee is the direction they are going. Does anyone else notice that Charles Logan is the Richard Nixon of 24? He even resembles him somewhat.

Either way I'm putting money on Arlo being in the hospital. Kind of like Miles (I think that was his name) from Day 6.

Also sometime in the next few episodes Cole will get injured, or seek revenge against Dana/Jenny. He's a young Jack after all, he just "lost" his "wife".
