MSG = MicroGrams. 1000 times smaller than mg (milligrams). For example, a drug that has a strength of .075 mg is equivalent to 75 mcg. Many drugs are measured in mg, but some are in mcg.
Hi Sweetie, It is best that you do a review on something that you have taken for at least a few weeks or till you finish one bottle before you can do a review that carries any weight. This isn't really a review, taking two gummies isn't going to tell you much other than that they taste good or bad. After 2 gummies can you review the weight loss effects of this product...no, of course not. They didn't give you gas or bloating the first time but try them for while and then post a real review.
@nightgangl7 - Ouch! Trapped gas would be a no go for me on this product. I did have some initial gas as my body was adjusting, but after that it was like I got use to them. I have found that I need a bulking fiber to clean the pipes so to speak. Since this video I have tried several products.....even gone as far as enima products. Bowles after surgery take some getting use to!
I ate basically a whole bottle of these little demon gummies. I have been so painfully bloated that i couldnt even bend for two days. Yeah, I shouldnt have eaten the whole bottle but I think what if some kid does this, it could super dangerous. No bowel movement but I do look 9 months pregnant!
Walgreens has a private label weight management gummy called FiberSelect sold next to Fiber Choice. This is an all natural product that tastes like a gum drop! Check it out.
I have actually gone a completely different direction with my "issues" ha ha! I have not been taking anything along these lines any more, to give it a good test run.
I LOVE these! They have 5g fiber while benefiber only 3g per 2tsp. Mcg means micrograms. Each microgram is 1/100th of a milligram. I guess this is how they measure the chromium. I found mine at Target too and told my surgeon's office about them - the nutritionist is going to suggest them to other patients
Well when you eat a whole bottle of course there'll be some complications.. smh...

I went to buy this product and found out that there is 5 grams of fiber in 2 gummys, not 1.

@vivavickE - You are 100% correct. Two gummy's = one serving. One serving has 5 grams of fiber.

I use these too; however, I need to take 4 per day. Benefiber has a tablet out now which is not that bad either.
