Of course, also because she has a HUGE heart for music. If there are no good singers, the music industry won't last or even exist.
I remember this very well. She started to sing Sunset Melody, then she turned around and signalled to the musicians in the back to stop the music. That's when she started her touching plea on behalf of the younger artists. It was awkward for the record company, but the press and public opinion were behind her. After all, she had earned the authority and credibility to make such a speech - and everybody knew she was right.
