i think some combos though can only be performed on specific characters, because some tight combos i can do in 2002 can only be done on maxima, they wont work when i try them on rugal or daimon

This is a pretty useful combo to use if the opponent used their saving shift already or to finish off their last character.

won't do 100% to people with higher than average defense and only works if the first hit is a counter hit and corners the opponent, so it's hardly practical... but very nice to look at.
