get a FREEBORD!!! you can slide, turn, stop, just like a real SNOWBOARD........these flowboards are GAY,, they dont follow the basic rules, like the freebord does.. CENTER & EDGE
im sure it rides great... but it doesnt come close to imitating a REAL snowboard like the freebord does.....if you wanna have fun this is fine, if you wanna cross train get a freebord....
Depends on what you've got on it. Flow riders on ABEC 7s and 80 size wheels get ridiculous speeds with the lower friction coefficient of only 2 blade wheels on the ground.
Flowboards are not restrictive. You have to use it differently from a traditional skateboard. The price is reasonable for a new concept... $100 for a couple years with this thing - not bad. It's refreshing after 6 years of the old skateboard (my experience) still love the old stuff, but the flowboard is a great new direction. Hoping to see some amature competitions here in toronto real soon! :)
I bought a Flowboard and it sucks. If you do not have a serious hill the thing does not move. It is fun if I go out looking for serious steeps, but on a medium grade forget it, and on flats it is like you are in cement.
ollieboards look ok but doing an ollie while moving is totally different than doing one while moving

Flowboard is very fun to carve, but it's very slow compered to a normal longboard.
