Congratulations " 1 year " WOW i must say ivé gone through all your videos, i didn´t watch them completly but i saw you get skinny, i should be getting operarted soon in September 2009 and i just can´t wait, what i saw with you and i´m seeing with Sarah, i´m soooo excited. AJ, you're awesome. Congratulations on all your success. I can't say it enough. I surpassed my goal at one year and was just amazed. I started on 2-20-07 at 349 pounds, and (of course before I got pregnant :) I was 160. Lowest in my life 158. Thanks for all of your videos and inspiration.

I am so scared now that I got my approval I have a appointment june 11 for pre-op then they said they can schedule me for surgury june 18 now I'm freaking out so bad not sure what to do or where to do so many thought ...Worried about something going wrong and missing my boys if something goes wrong...But this is my first surgury ? Hi AJ. I gotta say I agree with everything you just said. I had scheduled my RNY (is July 15) and my sister in law sent me a URL for a video here. I've since watched many and it inspires me and excites me to see the difference in people's before and after videos... you can see the spark coming to life in them as they shed the pounds and get back to the business of living again. So thank you to you and everyone else that posts and has validated my decision as the best one for me!
