Yeah... this movie isn't good at all but it looks like. A lot of action and converstation. If you're looking for this, don't waste time on this movie.

Btw i love Ryan.. he's so interesting but at the same time very irritating with his "talkactiveness"...

AND THIS SONG AT THE END IS SOOO DAMN GOOD! It really suits the movie, and perhaps that's why I'm giving 4 stars....

Tout le jeu de Ryan Gosling repose sur le mystère ,est c'est justement ca qui fait qu'il parle très peu et qui donne le charme du film .. Après si tu veux du dialogue bien lourd et chiant a mourir ,tu va voir Fast and Furious !!! Pour "kavinsky" je suis d'accord avec toi c'est un bijoux musical !

@TheMaju222 J'ai pas trouvé le film si fantastique que ça mais je lui reconnais la mise en scène (proche de la perfection) et la musique qui posent une ambiance si attendrissante et finalement poignante qu'on en oublierait presque le manque de dialogues mordant. Mais ça reste mon avis.

yeah this trailer spoiled too much. i'm glad i saw the movie first. i like the mystery behind movies. like district 9, there wasn't much mentioned on the trailer. but you knew you had to see it. once you you start watching it,you go in thinking you have an idea of what the movie is about,but it takes crazy turns you don't expect and it's what makes the movie so interesting.

This is indeed a very bad trailer, it spoils all the plot twists almost, at while you watch the movie, because when your recognize the scene from trailer you imedialty know the plot twist thats comming.

Although this was frustrating for me, Its still a very enjoyable movie because the plot twists are just a mere fraction of the movie value. Drive give cinema its place back under 'art' because it's everything in it is refreshing. Unfortunately I can't explain any further cus of youtube greatfilm

@patatepowa i found it rather not so "arty", but stereotype. in a way that it uses a very american language: violence. the movie leaves you half stunned, half depressed, bc the final katharsis is not there. it's rather saying: there's a bunch of cruel and tough people around and some die in a really brutal way, deal with it. the first half was a love story with very interessting character developement. i loved the driver character, for his minimal acting and dialogue. but the second...

A friend watched the trailer and was fairly confused to find himself watching a bizarre genius dreamlike character-piece thriller rather than the new Die Hard. Also - it gives away pretty much the entire plot!

i haven't commented on youtube for at least a year now but after watching this trailer i felt compelled to do so. I'm glad I didn't see this trailer before I watched the movie. What intrigued me so much about this movie was the awesome movie poster I saw in the new york subway, the style was so retro, interesting, and mysterious. It was perfect because all those attributes are an extension of what the movie was as well. This trailer on the other hand is typical, boring, and missing the point.
