I love this... The man speaking was a wonderful man whom I got to go to church with a few time at the joseph smith memorial building. You can feel his love and spirit just to be around him. I was able to go to his wifes funeral and sit with the family. And have also been to where his grave is. I miss him. He was the pr...ophet when I converted. That and the powerful witness of Jesus, My Savior, My God and My friend, causes tears to fall from my eyes because of how much I love them both...

i so agree. He was and always will be an example of love. He's sincere testimony is a light on a hill for all to see. Thanks for this beautiful tribute to him. We are better for our association to of known him.

I knew that when I posted something with President Hinckley that I would probably see all kinds of comments posted. And while I have not followed all of the negative threads I will not let them stay on this page.

President Hinckley was always teaching us to act like true followers of Christ and treat everyone from every faith with love and respect. If you can't do that, then please post somewhere else.

I marvel at how one's testimony changes their flesh. When one grasps fully, to the extent that their mortal being is able, the astounding love of our Saviour Jesus Christ, all desire to do ill dissipates, leaving only the yearning to uplift and build and love our fellow man. President Hinckley was a shining example of this, giving fully his living sacrifice in the service of others, radiating, laughing, loving, touching as HE did. I pray to live a fraction of my life in such graciousness.

It is still one of the absolutely most astonishing and difficult doctrines that God Himself came down, gave up His Godhood and powers, to descend into mortality. It just never ceases to amaze me the Love Jesus showed us to condescend to our level, so a to give us the option to raise to His level. Thank you for this video. @TheBackyardProfessor When I was 16 before I met my missionaries I was caught up in vision and taken to the Salt Lake Temple. It was in the spirit. An angel showed me the temple. The last room I saw was the Holy of Holies... I didn't know what that room was at the time... As I walked into that place I felt the fullness of gods love for me. It was powerful beyond discription. In no way can I describe it. All I can say is take the most powerful feeling of love that you have ever felt and multiply

He Loves us SOOOOOOOO Much. We are his and he is ours. He understands the fullness of who we are and what we will become and to him, being God is insignificant compared to that love he feels for us... He gave it up for a time because of that love... It is Powerful beyond Mortal understanding...

When I see a grown man cry, it really touches my heart. Hinkley was such a good man ~ I miss him.

It is so awesome that because of our Savior, we can look forward to life after this life. If we were due to nothing after this life, I would already be sad. I am so thankful for Jesus...praise to thee!
