  • hey i like how you guys understand rotational development for baseball players.. i am wanting to start on KC to maximize my core torque...  if possible is there a subsitute for a keg, if not where can you buy one? are there different wieghts?

  • @drewsky90 Thank you, sure do! The keg is near perfect bc of it's physical properties as I explain in the KEG CONDITIONING Book & DVD. Anywhere that kegs are sold is a good place to scoop one up. Personally, I use my local beer distributor and pay $30 for each empty keg. 1/2 kegs empty are 30 pounds. 1/4 kegs empty are 20 pounds. Check ebay and craigslist as well. Thanx for the shout man, when you read the book, you will be convinced that it's the coolest and most sensible way to build .
