This is possible without tas, well with jigglypuff it is since she falls real slow. I can do it with her consistently just not as fast, but if I practice it I could get close to this speed.

Isai (Malva) could not do this in a real match. It would be impossible for your brain to catch 3 frames and do this like this. Also you would have to use Frame advance

Intel i see someone do it on N64 so i know its real. I know for fact that its IMPOSSIBLE with out frame advance.

Yeah, and that's just for the shield part. There's other parts to it which are difficult as well. Which is why this is impossible to do consistently and isn't used in competitive play. Not sure about Brawl though, since that game's a floaty, slow piece of garbage.
