Its not that bad try using some tweaks

GTA 4 is more about the processor performance not the video card so this one can be enough (obviously not in HD settings but with lower ) to play it with kinda decent FPS

i habe jt gta 4 für den pc und genau die gleiche grafikkarte . aber bei mir geht es nicht. Es gibt schatten und die man sieht fast nix. manchmal mehr manchmal weniger. Hattest du das gleiche problem?

lol when i still was playing on my old computer and with 3450 i could run low settings 800x600, without lag like 30fps :D

But now im using gtx 460 and highest settings 55fps avg. :)

Well I'm not really sure, but I think its a dualcore cpu. But don't expect it to be very good because its still 'Pentium'!

i got avg 11 fps max 19 looking at the sky and in big explosions down to 7 fps get a better video card only advice i can give u

if u wanna play gta 4 get a better card at least hd 3850 fps on this card min 7 ( but whit a lot of action) max 30 avg 15 ; 800 x 600 res (54 hz ) this cfg was forced by the game
