  • most underrated dubstep producer of all time.

  • just heard this on a trolling deadmau5 spot and its MINDBLOWING! I'm just gonna let this song fuck me from now on. No more men.

  • i will loose it

  • actually original dub music was not electronic at all, and it came from dancehall

  • woomp woomp woomp

gotta love subwoofers they make the song way better

  • MASSSSSSIVE choone! cant.get.enough...

  • @gaspar30 get some new shoes yours are far too big for you.

  • wah wah wah every stfu please... im revisiting all my friend tunes from back in the day and all i find is fucking morons argueing about irrelevant things which make cringe when thinking about the mentality and attitude that use to be present in the sccene

  • @minimalist34 vote this guy up

  • This is REAL Dubsteo not fucking Skrillex !!

  • @avocado1918 kid you need to expand your mind

  • @gaspar30 no i think hes right

  • @INRI1989 well i think he's wrong, skrillex like it or not, does dubstep too, and he was not the first in making this new dubstep, kids hate him cause he's making it mainstream, its not even about whether he's good or not, he's a genius, they're just upset cause they don't feel special anymore.

and this is coming from someone who has been listening to dubstep (old school dubstep now) since 2005. and i love skream and joker. but skrillex is a monster.

  • @gaspar30 I think you're wrong, and i think you're a liar. First of all Skrillex produces IDM, not Dubstep. Just because the song has "wobbles" does not mean its Dubstep. To be honest i don't know where all you children have gotten the idea that if a song has a "wobble" in it, it is immediately Dubstep. I don't like him because his music annoys me and gives me headaches (and so do all the copycat artists.) You've been listening "since 2005" and you say Skrillex is a monster.. 2005 = BS

  • @xAGRESS0Rx i don't care if you think i lie mk kid? i don't, who said anything about the wobbles? do you even know what dubstep is do you? and yes the wobbles are an important part of what dubstep is, not pivotal, but trademark.

and leard to read, i said that he does dubstep TOO, i didn't say that's the only thing he does, for instance, Scary mosters, 2-step rhythm with a heavy bass line, THAT's dustep, and yes, i lived in the UK when i was 15, so i know.

    lol at your ignorance.

  • @gaspar30 yea true that ive been listening to dubstep for over 4 years, but im still true to the producers ive first listened for instance The Widdler, Mala, Truth, Kriptic Minds, and Distance Etc.. Just that skrillex is over the top not saying hes good but has potential eventually people would grow out of his style not diisin on him hes already big but its the underrated producers that keep Dubstep going..

  • @INRI1989 i love the over the top club friendly dubstep too, its a matter of taste, some times i feel like chillin (skream) some times i feel like head banging (skrillex).

dude, most ppl don't even listen to jamaican music anymore, that's where dubstep came from, and they hate on skrillex XD if they only knew.

  • @gaspar30 Dubstep didn't come from Jamaica...

  • @DrBloodnuggetDubstep you don't know much do you? Dubstep has heavy Jamaican dub music influences (the bass lines and the 2step). the other half came from genres like DnB. don't reply if you're not familiar with a subject. ... mk?

  • @gaspar30 Lmao. The 2step came from garage you fool. There's almost no DNB influence either. What I'm saying from dubstep came from south london mate evolving from dark garage. Dont try school a producer mate because you'll get shot down.

  • @DrBloodnuggetDubstep 2step came from garage? wrooooooong, and wrong again about the DnB influence, for godsake, you can even look for it on wikipedia, it'll tell you, mk mister big fancy producer pants ;)? what does technicall knowledge has to do with HISTORICAL knowledge? dooooh

  • @gaspar30 2 step is a style of garage. The DNB style basslines didn't come about till around 2005, dubstep didn't draw a direct influence from drum and bass. Go on DSF and start a thread saying "Dubstep came from Jamaica" and see the response you get.

  • @DrBloodnuggetDubstep take a look at jamaican dub music (is doesn't necessarily come from jamaica, read my first posts) , it clearly shows the extensive bass line and the 2step and that has been there WAY before DnB, and according to most sources, somebody got inspired by that.... thanks for the website by the way :)

  • @gaspar30 You said dubstep came from Jamaican music when it was actually moved by garage. Dub music is electronic reggae and a seperate genre in itself. Infact most the time produced outside of Jamaica. There isn't a real 2 step rhythm to dnb it all comes from the old heads like El B, Zed Bias etc. Look up El B Among the stars and you'll see what I mean.

  • @DrBloodnuggetDubstep yeah, you're right, my bad, i meant jamaican dub music, i assume it would be understood that way. but i make that correction in my last post.

  • holy assholes this is a good song

  • Soooo...when I played this song the neighbours called the cops and when the cops came and heard the song they arrested the neighbours!

  • @automoni Fuck off, queer.

  • @automoni You know you could be a little more original with that comment, but you failed.

  • Such a good song....no words

  • Sattelite radio showed me this song and it was so good i pulled over just to write it down!

  • TOO sick.

  • THEY SAY DUBSTEP WAS 1ST INVENTED BY THE COMMON DOOR STOPPER... EVOLUTION IS SUCH A WONDERFUL THING :D

  • I turned this song up as loud as i could on my stereo, then stared at the picture while eating a hot pocket and shell macaroni.

  • I love my hip hop( old school), but it doesn't mix with dubstep. Keep 'em seperate.

First time I heard this track was in '08 on Dubstep All Stars Vol.5

    Cool and dark song.

  • Undescribable. Distance = instant favorite. I discovered this 22 years too late. :-(

  • @iLexii3gs dont say hella

  • @iLexii3gs Yeah don't say hella

  • @iLexii3gs and DONT say hella.. brainesswitchedfosomethin else kinda monkey..

  • I do like hip hop actually, however rapping to dubstep is just crime!

All the darkness and mood of dubstep gets ruined if an mc starts rhyming... Thats another reason why grime is not as popular as dubstep I guess... Anyway peace!

  • INSANEO MIND FUCK

  • noooooooooooo we dont want lil wayne and solja boy ruining our dubstep, stay away douche bags

  • @sk83rDr3w don't do this 'our dubstep' thing. Its not 'ours'.

Hiphop listeners can listen to dubstep too if they just don't ruin the music with the lyrics.

It's all about the bass, fuck lyrics.

  • @trybenga lol, all about the bass, Your totally wrong bitchfaggoass

  • @DubstepNL It is for me. Especially Distance. Go away.

  • @trybenga Screw you

  • @trybenga dubstep is defined by tempo/snare and reverb, not all dubstep even has a bassline, original dubstep dosent anyway.

  • @sk83rDr3w i listen to hip hop......but i'm starting to listen to dubstep. i just wanted to tell you that soulja boy and lil wayne are NOT hip hop. they're shit.....don't let assholes like them give you an idea of what real hip hop is

  • Its like I just saw God's taint.... and it was dirty, grimy, and awesome

  • The second drop must have the sickest sound in all of dubstep.

  • CHICAGO...........

  • it´s still a great sound....DUB STEP...

    pleas dont become mainstream!!!!!!!!!!!

  • mainstream duznt mean music is shit it means the majority likes it...

  • @jacob3432 no, it means that the majority of people like shit

  • @jnez81 bleev wot u want

  • @SpEzIaLizt68 too late man iys been mainstream for like a year :(

  • @SpEzIaLizt68 too late... funny thing is the 3 guys who essentially made the fucking genre also helped make it commercial!!

  • "I had in mind, something a little more radical....."

  • @BigWilki123321

    Bladerunner,.. Rutger Hauer

  • distance is a sensory SADIST!

i was introduced to dubstep 2 yrs. ago, and its been a lysergic adventure ever since! "DON'T BE afraid, it's only DUBSTEP"

  • Man! I just got introduced to the dark goodness that is dubstep a couple of days ago and so far Distance is my fav. Radical and Night Vision go hard!

  • Blade runner!

  • Nice basssss

  • godaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn

that une just fucked me in the aaasss

    dubstep is da thing

    fuck hip hop

  • it have already been done mate.. listen to the 2x new caspa songs on his myspace

but in my opinion it sucks, but that's because i'm more into deeper / underground dubstep, i mean just the original dub. so for me hiphop combained with dubstep is kinda boring.

  • nah

  • no dont fuck hip hop, hip hop can keep its fans, i dont want them anywhere near my dubstep and making their lameass rap on the beats. dont ruin them. fuck off.

  • I love hip hop but I prefer dubstep instrumental. Putting lyrics on it defeats the purpose.

  • i love hip hop and prefer it to dubstep...taking lyrics from music defeats the purpose in my opinion unless ur fukd up and not paying attention to the lyrics wich is wen i lisn to dubstep

  • @jacob3432

You do know, that music was originally invented without vocals, so initially you ruined music the second you put vocals in the music.

  • @RaiShizaki thers no way to prove music is better with or without vocals... but 'with vocals' is my personal preference

  • i h8 when i go 2 a party, and there's a bunch of gangsta wanna b's killing the vibe and starting shit with people

  • @omgnuub i think rhymes on electronic music are awsome.they r giving new dimension to it

  • @omgnuub i agree, but its happening.

  • @omgnuub <<< Dub lives and it needs to expand. It does have a good rhyme for hip-hop and it shall be used widely for it very soon. Though we should not forget to respect the boundaries of both genres, not letting em become too pop. Must separate and call it something like Dub-Hop, if it comes to it :))) Dub Step 4ever.

     PLUR

  • @omgnuub couldn't agree more... but what's worse is the "dubstep" remixes of pop tracks. I definitely can't stand them...

  • @omgnuub you mean rap?

  • @omgnuub ermm if they do that then that's grime :P lol .. I love Distance.. just love what you love and DON'T get bothered with the rest :D ;)

  • @omgnuub im a hip hop and breakdance teacher. and this is my jam right here!

  • @omgnuub fuck yeah - womp womp

  • @omgnuub i second that completely! i cannot stand it when i'm just getting into a track then some chavvy twat starts gobbin off over the top of it!

  • @omgnuub old school rap is the untouchable . but this new rap Drake lil wayne shit is gay

  • @omgnuub Even tho i like those newer dubstep songs with a little lyrics I totally agree with you man, well said

  • sick song

  • i like this song when im stoned :D

  • @Sebbannumberone i like the way you think =))))

  • @Sebbannumberone me to XD

  • @Sebbannumberone its my session song bro.. hahaha

  • @Sebbannumberone i like this song anytime of the day d-.-b

  • @Sebbannumberone Every Dubstep song is 10 times wetter while stoned
