  • No auto solving at this time, there is however a Color mask filter not displayed in the video that that basically removes all the chads from the canvas that do not contain the color.

As for learning Ill be the first to say that the only safe level of learning would be conceptual at best. I used to be a coder, 7 years ago, I just started it again as a hobby and have only been doing C# for 3-5 months. I can send you some bits if your interested but I wouldn't suggest you study my methods.

  • @TheOriginalZomax Thanks for your reply. I'm just a web-dev and I use C# for website programming in ASP.NET so my daily coding is far far lower-level than this. That's why it amazes me (a lot) and that's why I asked for some source to "study". I'm sure there are other similar programs around (math/graphic related) so I don't want to waste your time on sending me the code! Respect for your skill, thank you!

  • @HurizenIT I'd be happy to send you some of the libraries and the source. Just don't expect it to do much more than compile, that may even be a stretch. In essence though there's nothing much more being done here than an implementation of this (farseerphysics dot codeplex dot com) and a decent understand of the windows event model and object oriented programming. FYI i could never get into web-dev, I always felt it to restrictive, havent really looked since 2001 though, imagine its changed

  • @TheOriginalZomax Thanks! I would be very happy!! You can mail them to me at (daniele at idioblast dot it) thanks again! And... Web-dev is in fact a bit restrictive (expecially with trusted security) but you usually don't go beyond creating PDFs/XLSs, Charts, Shedule system... Bigger things I've created is a built-in uploaded-images resizer, but most of the work is to implement CRUD operations on Databases. .NET is different since 2001, but not that much as someone can think. :D

  • Does your program auto-solve the puzzle or you'll have to solve it manually once chads are divided? Will the source code be released (for studying purpose)? Great job!

  • Awesome, thanks for sharing!
