Mireille is a very good actress....and was supposed to star in some movies in the US with Elvi Presley and also in a broadway version of Gigi ,in the early 7os,but because of forces unseen,or the fact that they would have hurt her career more than help it it didnt happen..........her image would probably have been tarnished......as always with US interference........good move on Johnny Starks decision to cancel.................we love Mimi the way she was and still is today....

Ptysjas: I'm ashamed to say that, though the name Isabelle Adjani rang a bell, I couldn't associate it with a face. I had to look at some pictures of her, here on YouTube. I remember seeing her in *The Bronte Sisters*. She is certainly a strikingly attractive woman, with those very bright blue eyes that contrast so dramatically with her dark hair . . . but can she sing?
