I'm an Indian and been hearing the original Sanskrit verses of this song ever since childhood and I don't think Kula Shaker's song in any way demeans the religion or the sacred verses. It is just the same old verse accompanied by some scintillating Rock. I love the band and love the song.

Krishna representa el alma universal, sólo es una de las 10 advocaciones de Vishnu, la parte creadora del alma universal, que se une a Radha, representación del alma individual.

Más tarde, surgen los Evita GOVINDA, que es literatura erótica sobre Krishna y Radha.

Porque se refiere al arte de la india, que es mucho más amplio que el hinduísmo: El tantra (en principio) no es hindú, simplemente se mezcla con él debido a la personalidad tan especial que tiene la población india... y el budismo nace en india, pero no es hindú... De hecho, lo correcto sería decir Brahmánico

@deimiencillo: Con respeto, pero el estudiar arte Hindu no necesariamete lo califica a uno para opinar sobre cuestiones filosoficas. En ninguna escritura Vedica se describe a Krishna como una "advocacion" de Vishnu. Todo lo contrario. Solo teneis que leer Srimad Bhagavatam o Bhagavad Gita para saberlo. Los libros sobre arte que leiste probablemente fueron escritos por Ingleses y no por maestros espirituales autorizados.
