LOL...its not as bad a question as I first thought. After all, there are very few activities requiring you to bang upside down from a chair. Of course strengthening your body will always make it more functional for other activities, even though there may not be a direct correlation to the exercise itself and the activity

it seems more like cardio, heart, flexibilty, and tone. Rather than muscle mass.
