I love NLP. I love the fact that it brings together many many techniques and models and students can pick out the methods which work best for him/her on an individual level and dump the ones that don't work for them. It's similar to be putting all my fav recipies together in one place : ))

All he does is find some things that work with people and use it. In his books he explains this.
