After buying the set of books years ago and thinking I had lost it, I finally found it and am reading the story. Really creepy story, but frustrating because I want to know just what the hell is going on. Currently on book 4.

Of the hundreds of games I've played, this is perhaps the most atmospheric. The patients' stories are incredibly haunting, the music is spot-on, and the cheerful, cold narration of the displays highlights the horror of what psychiatry once was. Thank you for putting this online. I can't get my copy to work, and it was wonderful to see it all again.

I have spent countless hours on this game and could never beet it. Probably cause i was only 8 years old. i understood it fine, just couldn't figure it out. Great, and scary game. Oliver sounds like Kiefer Sutherland.

I had this game downloaded on my Windows 98 desktop then I got an XP and it seemed to work fine. Now I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 Windows XP It was suppose to be Vista (Which I hate) but I paid extra for the downgrade (Sounds stupid to pay for a downgrade but Vista SUCKS) Every time I try to install this game on my new Laptop it gets 36% before it freezes and doesn't finish the download. Is there a way around this because I love this game and can only play it if I can install.

Interesting... I played the German version of this game, and it's definatly interesting to see the English one with the English voices... Malcom Metcalf's English voice sounds much... nicer and gentle then the German one... I had nightmares after playing this game (I was much younger in these days), still I liked it very much. Great of yours to upload it at this place. :)
