The key word is "addiction" Sugar is addictive! Even this guy admits it...and now admits that he craves the highly refined white powder...(cocaine. heroin, flour...also highly refined white powders with no nutritive value...yet also very addictive) It will be very difficult for him to lose that gut...but he will. He is young, and vain enough, as his friend said, to make it happen. Good luck!
Hello PJ, Is there a website where you have documented your diet for loosing the fat and what workout regement you embarked upon and are there reguler pictures to show change back to your starrting point?
What a great idea! To "wear" the lifestyle of his clients.. Low self-esteem, depression, sugar crash, humility and determination to come back into shape. Very clever!
not the point... health isn't about not looking so big, it's about not BEING so big! ya, he's cute. so what? just cause someone is still cute when they're overweight and unhealthy doesn't mean it's o.k. to stay that way!
Easy to gain and hard to lose. It's all in the mind though. PJ we hope you talk less about the exercises and diet ...and more about the inner motivation, focus, and ability to stick to the regime.
Thanks for your comment. I have already chosen 2 people and they are currently training with me and we will reveal everything at the end of the year:-)
I personally think the only way that PJ will truely experience what it is to have a weight problem is to live with the flab for at least a year. It's going to be easier for someone who is used to going to the gym to take off the pounds. He really needs to live with the gut to truly understand what the overweight population goes through.
Hmm, I have been following this story with interest, having spent time in a gym and loathed every moment cos my body image just made me want to not be there. Ive gained back every pound of fat Ive ever lost in my life, so Im a monumental failure. I accept that. PJ is returning to a lifestyle that 90% of adults cant stick to. What is sensible and second nature to him is completely foreign to people like me who can not keep the weight off. He will do it, easily, cos its his nature.
I think he looks more handsome with the weight on.
