@lostdreamer50 actually, gyms are overrated. i go to the gym to lift for tone. but to keep the fats off, i do burpees at home. if you wanna find out what burpees are, there are lotsa clips on the tube. you dont need the gym to keep weight down, cardio is the way to go. have fun with the european tour!
