Oil does not take millions of years to form. A company called: "Changing World Technologies" makes oil everyday out of thrown away turkey and chicken parts. Takes about 3 hours. Just Google the company name.

All they do is copy the existing conditions oil is found under. Apply this to the material used, and in 3 hours they have a petroleum bio-fuel ready to use.
