Well I'd get neither kuz I'm not a big fan of these cars, but I would get a 2004 Cobra and drop a large whipple supercharger which would put out 700+HP and I would still have money to spare. But if you really want to compare then compare the E63 to the M5, both are fast 4 door sedans.

The merc got 100 km/h time in 4.5 , when the M5 reached 4.7!So please Shut the Fuck up! The old e63 would dream , to be fast as the M5 , the new F10 M5 would get 0-100 km/h around 4.2 or 4.4 seconds and about 600 hp.Merc never faster then BMW cars, THE END!
