  • Yeah, not bad. Reminds me of my garage...nice punching bag and some crap like old tires piled in the corner - lol! Yeah, you're hitting with some power. That's great. This kind of clip always brings out the youtube heros so just ignore them.

  • it is Minecraft? I can't see.

  • Those punches sound good. Nice power. Keep up!

  • Man this is the fuckin dream. Dark dank garage, no light, no face just the sound of a baby seal stuffed with sand getting clubbed with a baseball bat and a dude raging the fuck out. Man I wish I had a garage.

  • your good have you ever knocked some one out with one

  • This video was 1080p, stevo punched the shit out of the 840 other p's !

  • for anyone who hasnt realised yet this a non skill based power work focusing on inside work out so there isnt going to be any dancing around , throwing jabs or long punches .............its a power boxiing drill so emphasis is soley on power and nothing else

  • You need to move around much more. Circle the bag. And setup combos. Throw more overhands and practice your head movement.

  • Hey buddy there's a new punch out ...its called a JAB !

  • great video......sharp crisp and powerfull........

  • Hey man, don't bother with going to Hull...it's a hole HA! Keep up the good training...nice one for sharing a vid ;)

  • Looks like you hit very very powerful and fast. Keep up the good work.

  • Good job. I love how folks watch a video like this and then immediately invite you to fight/spar/compete against them, as if there was some undisclosed conflict you didn't know about. Keep it up and ignore the Youtube heroes. Are there holes in what you're doing? Sure. Are you working hard? Absolutely. Which is more important?

  • Some non-sense comments from some supposed boxers. Those tear drop bags are hard, the chain isn't that long and still i can see the bag changing to the opposite direction when you hit it. More than seeing it i can hear it in the video. Your punches sounded good and powerful! :) Good work man!

  • great work, your a beast, keep up the good work

  • what the hell is that bag??...nice form

  • don't mess with this guy..you'll die..

  • i honestly think that the people that are giving you neggative comments are

jealouse because i've got a maize bag half the size of that and they are way harder

and denser than a puchbag and if you get lazy with your technique they punish you

i fucked up one of my wrists hitting it wrong ...you've got exellent punches man

what gloves would you recommend for a maize bag ?

    exellent video mate

  • damn I gotta get that wrecking ball! their fucking good for powershots! I highly receomend these bags for pple dat wanna hit hard.

  • I come to this video for tips again and again, it's fuckin awesome, much respect.

  • the hell are people talking mess about? this guy could easily beat the shiznit out of about 90% of the earth's population one-on-one in the street. just look at the rate and crispness of his punches. even bunches up and has pretty nice guard. idiots on here. but you can't whoop my ass, i'm in that 10% lol jk jk

  • these are hard fucking shots every 1 of them thrown power shots. any one who says otherwise donn't know WTF thier talking about

  • nice. I actually see power in his punches. Believe me, I ma boxer and i know what it feels like when get one of those on your head. peace

  • I won't say this is the most powerful punches ever, but I can see a lot of power in those punches. I've been training for a long time, If you want my advice, you should work on your speed, these punches looks clean but there is place to improvements, but there sure is a lot of power in those. Try to put much more speed, and add some feet movement, but as the title says, It's a power Training, and for a power training, I think it's done properly, nice job upload some of your progress 5*

  • Good timing, good power and decent stamina, I love the youtube tysons with their piss and whistle threats or boasts. Yet they never stick on a video that proves their point.

God work man i got my rugby club all boxing the heavy bag this year to build power, stamina and a little aggression, before the guff starts we are all working class guys who happen to like a good aggressive and skillful sport.

Used to box amateur but getting battered by young pups at my age appeals no longer

  • Nice work..don't listen to the bs you know better.

  • good effort but if you keep hitting the bag that hard injuries are sure to follow

  • Dirty power!

  • Damn, start throwing leg kicks and you'll be even more beast, besides that very impressive :D

  • i definaltely agree, good boxing form, all this needs is some martial arts technique. a few roundhouse kicks, a crescent kick and a spinning backfist or two and this would be perfect

  • Yo this geezer don't get tired yo!

I'm not gettin in the ring with him any time soon.

  • Powerful !

  • holy shitballs

  • not bad......only joking still one of my favorite bag vids on here....

  • damn! That's good homie

  • Great power, great guard, keep it up!

  • I would try to kick your legs...alot. I don't think I could take one of those rights very well. I do Thai kickboxing but as far as hands go this video is downright inspiring.

  • good power and form keep it up. bryan gomer at boobie560

  • Good speed and power, but i think that your aiming just a little low. When i punch i always try to think that i will hit at eye height as my self, just my thought though

  • great speed and snap on your punches. Great power too

  • lols it dusnt matter to me who this is.but he is REAL BADASS!

  • that right hand is lethal

  • Nice power bro. Fast and effective!!!

  • Ignore the youtube heroes. You got some good power keep up the good work

  • god just seein that made my hands hurt... good show sir

  • lol at people saying they see no power, 95% of the punches this guy throws would put you in a magical chocolate land.

  • haha i agree 100% he scares me lol

  • Mmmmmm...magical...chocolate..land!

  • Get that shit boi!!!!!

    This cat got some power!

  • flatdisks stop talking shit, stevo knows what he's doing.

  • well buddy i dont think im hard, but you obviously do other wise you wouldn`t of put a video of yourself punching a bag on here but if you want to see me train come to st pauls boxing club, market square,hull..im sparring most nights so you probaly wont miss me in there..))

  • we both know thats not going to happen....... thats what you tube is all about showing what your about and giving demonstrations etc isn't ??? people who have a high workrate means a sign of excellent fitness and endurance levels , it doesnt mean they are going to burn out fast and get their ass tanned , thats the whole idea behind training hard , so you can maintain full intnensity when needed whatever type of combat you do .... sport specific training...no point in half hearted efforts

  • I dont see no power,so i dont know what your on about)maybe you see something i dont ))

  • well i must be doing something seriously wrong show us how its done properly yourself then upload some videos of you giving it some

  • @flatdiscs Man what are you even talking about. No power? What do you got? You shouldn't talk shit about people who clearly know how to unleash power. Any novice can see this guy would tear someones fucking face off.

  • I think its you stevo,,)),,,but you would get your ass taned trying to fight like that,,,you burn out after 2 mins ))

  • nowt wrong with work rate thats the whole idea isnt it ?? this is a power training drill not a skill/ technical tho cheers for the comments all the same mate i see where youre coming from

  • This isn't actually you hitting the bag my friend, its a guy called nate who has like 60 views on his vid, the original vid, so look it up, the title is Youtube Nate doing his thang

  • yeah course its not me fella its only my garage and my car outside (blue rover 220 sd ) and me in the video ha ha my mate was stood behind me filming me i'm hitting an amber boxing body snatcher bag rag filled with a basketball full of sand in the middle for extra weight wearing title 14 oz gloves you still telling me its not me in the video???????????????????????????????????

  • any one who doesnt believe its me in this video check out my channel you can clearly see from my other videos its my lock up !!!! look at the walls and you can just see my speedball platform to the right of me..................losers who cant post videos of there own so they steal other peoples its a fucking joke

  • I don't know who Nate is, but I can tell you for a fact that this IS Stevo. I should know, as I filmed this on my phone in 07...

Looking good in the new clip fella - keep it up!

  • top man cheers

  • got a few more to upload too has a few snippetts when you was doing the pads with us...... you not fancy getting back into it again ? always looking for training partners like! give us a bell sometime

  • I'm too busy nowadays mate, only chance I get to train is before I go to work in the morning, so I don't get a great deal done. Might be able to fit in the odd session on the pads if you need someone to work 'em for ya.

Was speaking to Griff on Sat night, he said he was going to get down to do a bit with you soon.

    New number btw - 262336.

  • breath......

  • pretty good meng...

  • nice little workout you have going there, from the looks of it you have pretty good form, cant really see what ur feet work looks like but you have good speed and power, your punches look a little wide but overall you look good.keep it up i wanna see more

  • is this the guy from rossboxing

  • no not ross enamait ! it's me doing some power minute rounds in my lock up

  • Whats the heavy bag hanging on? Looks like thin pieces of wood.

  • how long have you been hitting the uppercut bag.

  • had the uppercut bag since 2006 but been boxin training and hittin bags about 7 years now

  • Is that an example of "Peekaboo"style that mike tyson and others are famous for? Also, what i hear the best way to train for power hitting is through heavy heavy bag work. However I dont have a place to put up a heavy bag, do you knwo any other techniques or exercises where i can improve the power of my hits? Lastly, are you replacing your jab with a left hook? i couldnt tell if you threw one or not, but im 5 11 my reach is 72 and im currently aiming for 185 lbs. This is the style im going for

  • just throwing hooks mainly here at minute intervals for close up combat, its a killer! isometrics and resistance training are good for power too, swing a sledge hammer and hit a tyre with it in intervals, work on the legs , torso, shoulders and arms, weighted pull ups , push ups and even car pushing too! heavy bags are a must tho really.

  • you hit like the guy from rossboxing

  • speedy and powerful keep it up

  • m8 ur punches are fucking fast and pwerfull as fuck good shit

  • It's a headshot bag

  • Thats a funny looking heavy bag, its like a giant nut sack.

  • lol

  • fuck ya that bag looks like its made of stone. what's in it??

  • i assure this guy would sock me like nothing.

  • You Should be A Boxer, He would do good as a power fighter, and hes quick with the quick power hooks, and jabs. Yeah he hits hard, if he did become professional, it would come to his advantage if he used more head movement, to try confuse a speed style fighter or a power fighter, any style at that. Ur nice, Go Pro Man. Ain't 2 late

  • this guy probably is, he's even better than steve fox

  • he's power boxing -_-;; while it's nice to always incorporate head movements and defense when u're hitting the bag, power boxing, hence the name, focuses on POWER... he can save the head movements and skill emphasis when he's doing the regular 3 minute heavy bag workout...

  • Fuck yeah man your a tank

  • nice hooks.

  • Hey what do you call that bag your hitting... just a "round heavy bag?"... by the way, I think that was a very impressive performance... even in low quality video... lol

  • UR A MONSTER

  • hey man, good video, wish it was in better quality though. Good Job.

  • WOW!! Just move around a lil bit more ..thats really good

  • Good shit

  • oh i love the power. not only is it on the first punch but on the follow up ones too. hats of to you man

  • good combos and im pretty sure, they very hard punches, its just the quality on this video

  • Thats one hard punch. Nice vid.

  • what kind of drills do you do? i really love your power.

  • ( see ross enamait boxing) but here is one which is good for speed /endurance / power eg start with 6 x 2 min rounds to warm-up

20 x 25 sec tabata punchouts 10 sec rest in between rounds which consists of

10x 25secs tabata punch outs alternating with 10 x25 secs tabata bodyweight circuits eg push-ups squats clap-press ups etc

    rest for 2-3 mins

8x rounds of 30 second power boxing

    rest for 2 min

finish with 10x10 varied exercises eg clap press ups , squats tuck jumps etc

  • how often per week?

  • i do this one a couple of times and try to get in 1-3 additional training sessions as well as these per week( strenght work out and skill emphasis etc ). Dont do this sort of training every time or you'l burn out or get bored of it

train hard for 3 weeks , go easy for a week and you should hit a peak on the fourth and eighth week etc .

  • thanks, does strength training slow you down? or something, i no liek stron gpeople hit harder, but id ont no hwo, its not faster or anything just they put holes in people heads!

  • na , it wont slow you down and you can hit hard , AND fast as long as you do training specifics and not just concentrate on one aspect of training as the others will innevitably suffer

  • so if i was to do, strength, plyo, cardio, and somethin else which i cant remember in a week, that would be a killer power punch, speed workout.]

  • yeah sure thing, also try some isometric punch holds before hitting the bag.. eg get in stance and push against the wall at start of punch and hold for five secs, then extend punch to half way and hold for five secs and then near full extension for five secs then throw 20 of the punch that your'e working on (throw em hard)

  • been doing boxing training for about five years now and also did a bit of freestyle sport katate on /off for about the same time.

    cheers for comments

  • very nice power and combinations, keep it up ma dude

  • how long have you been doing boxing or whatever else is you do.

  • As good a punching as ive ever seen!

  • Very nice. Nice form, nice power and nice flow in your combo's.

  • added a little more weight since , bag now weighs approx 55kg

  • great hook, good power, nice job

  • how heavy is that bag?
