Thank you, sister. I'm using for Msemen a mix of oil and butter/magarine to separate each layer extra otherwise it's too dry. Or is there an other possibility to prevent a dry Msemen ?

I dont know what I did wrong but mine were really hard on the top.

You should knead the dough well and it must be soft not hard (add more water if needed while kneading).
