  • Salem sousou juste une suggestion pour le fromage je l'aurais ajoutée avant la cuisson sinon pour le reste rien a ajouter de + vidéo en musique c'est excellent bravo

  • I dont know what I did wrong but mine were really hard on the top.

  • You should knead the dough well and it must be soft not hard (add more water if needed while kneading).

  • Thank you, sister. I'm using for Msemen a mix of oil and butter/magarine to separate each layer extra otherwise it's too dry. Or is there an other possibility to prevent a dry Msemen ?
