i remember having those off brand looking space marines. the ones with off shaped shoulderpads and whatnot. Came from a boardgame called space crusade that was published by milton bradley in 1990 or so. kinda like a 40k version of heroquest.
was nice seeing the old father christmas mini.
GW,(citadel back then) used to make a lot of minis for various games, including 20's american gangsters, dr who and 2000ad.
love you old stuff mate, especially the chaplin on jetbike man that is old, and rare aswell. the old school rockit launchers were a real treat aswell as the old terminators. cheers for participating in old school week
Wow, the old dreadnaught must have been quite a hunk metal...I see GW re-released the old space wolf dreadnaught but pricy...don't know what they sold for back in the day, but the price seemed high to me for a model whose special weapon isn't in the codex anymore...but I guess it is the collectors button they are pushing not the player...Jim.
hahaha shit man these are old dude!

seriously, im glad they are using advanced sculpting techniques for the 21st century. if they didnt, i would not pick up the hobby.
