@Nivanarocks it took time for him to come to the realization of that. he was paralyzed, but was obviously not aware of the situation going on in the US while he was on his tour duty. Plus, he came to grips with the reality that the country did not understand the struggles these veterans went through; physical injuries as well as psychological injuries. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions about war, but that doesn't mean that anti-war is anti-patriotic
