  • I love this! You are very creative. As an aerobics instructor I am always looking for new ideas to challenge my classes. This is one of my favorite videos. Do you think you can make another one?

  • better doing 2 sets of 25 for the average sportsman. i did it in 11mins today.

  • @Jakeslacker1 hey jake, whole idea is split it up into whatever sets you like as long as you end up doing the full 50 of each exercise and the full 500 in total. You dont do 50 straight off, you have to work out how to split the 500 up to your best advantage... i.e. 50 Burpees are real hard, but 5 blocks of 10 spread through the other exercises could be your option. 11 minutes... wow! All 500? Thats blinding, top stuff.

  • @robw200 Yeah thats what i liked about it because as long as you complete it you can split the sets up according to ability. Though, Its part of our rugby training at school and we are encouraged to do 2 sets of 25 no matter the ability and then work on getting our times down. But yeah its a good functional strength exercise with rest periods etc. Basically circuit training where you dont move.
