@Angelasagna when they're first born it's okay b/c the parents can see how to bath the baby and also all the "muck" from being born is cleaned off lol. Once the baby gets home sponge baths until it falls off. Hope this helped :-)

@hannah1fanonly that thing is like a clip for the umbilical cord dont worry it dont hurt the baby cant feel it it comes off when u clean the cord im a single father my daughter had one to
