Option 1 is for police. Use that if you need police dispatched to get rid of someone fighting, shooting, or jacking you.

Option 3 is for the fire department. That option sucks because the FFs don't even put fires out.

Found this on my own first time a played GTA 4 was trying real life numbers and was like can i prank call the police ? And it worked and i was like AWESOME :D

I was over my friends house, playing GTA 4 on PS3. We we're messing around with exploding cars, when suddenly we blew up car that blew up and that car blew up another car, and it kept going on, and on, and on. So we decided to call ambulance and a firetruck. And guess what?

They were watching as shit blew up and people flew all over the damn place. We we're so laughing our asses off :D

Other two: Get into a fist fight with someone and call the police. If they see them beating you up they will capture them and arrest them and they drive away. Don't know about fire though...

The PC verison is really good if you have a good computer. the problem is people who get the pc version try to max out the graphics. DO NOT DO THIS. Rockstar has even said that the max settings were made for future computers. Unless you bulid your own computer don"t expect to run this in Max settings anytime soon.
