This music is furiously avantgarde (sp?), really, some of the most thought-provoking music is done by Ryoji! He should be a world-class bajillionaire. Not some others...
we are standing on the shoulders of giants: Ikeda, stockhausen, M. A. numminen, Wesley Willis, NUE!, Throbbing Gristle, Nurse with Wound, Xome and so on...
If self-proclaimed "normal" people look at music, and say that it is shit, I can listen to it without worry, because they are programmed not to understand anything that moves beyond the walls of Pop Radio, and so the music that they call shit must be anything but...
Absolutely brilliant video, compliments Ikeda's track very well. I loved the bit with the numbers at about 2.00...like it goes from 2-D to 3-D. And yes, Ikeda is a god. Dataplex surely must be one of the greatest albums of all time. The climactic ending was was quite "transcending".
Excellent video, I know the music is amazing but the video really works for the music, I guess I didn't like the tridimensional matrix of changing numbers, I would leave it 2D all the vid, still amazing job, congrats.
yes, surely now I include/understand the analysis of the exponential variation and the paper that can carry out the variable (growth reduction) algebraic representations and resistance of behaviors between exponential functions and functions powers haha The transformation of the mathematics in music???
